Steps to confirm your AV tattoo experience.
1. Fill out the booking form.
To start the process, simply fill out our booking form on our website. We'll need some basic information from you, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the type of appointment you're interested in. Don't worry, our form is easy to use and should only take a few minutes.
2. Consultation scheduling.
Once we receive your booking form, we'll contact you to schedule a consultation. During this meeting we'll discuss your needs and preferences in more detail and answer all your questions. We'll also take the opportunity to get to know you better so that we can provide you with the best possible service.
3. Receive and confirm the appointment proposal.
After the consultation, we'll prepare an appointment proposal that outlines our services and pricing, tailored specifically to your needs. We'll send this to you for review and consideration. If you're happy with the proposal, you can confirm your appointment by paying a deposit. This will secure your booking and allow us to prepare for your appointment.
Our tattoo appointment includes a range of services to ensure that you receive the best possible experience and results. Here's what you can expect:
Custom Design.
Our experienced tattoo artists will work with you to create a custom design that is unique and tailored to your preferences. We'll take the time to understand your ideas and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you're happy with the design before we begin tattooing.
Tattoo.
During your appointment, our experienced artists will use high quality equipment and materials to tattoo your design on your skin. We take hygiene seriously and follow strict safety protocols to ensure that the tattooing process is safe, clean and comfortable for you.
Tattoo Touch-Up.
In the unlikely event that touch-ups are needed, we offer a free touch-up service (if necessary) to ensure that you're completely satisfied with the final result. Our artists will review the tattoo and suggest adjustments to the design or color, if necessary, to ensure you're satisfied with the final result.
Adds-Ons.
We offer our own brand organic BIO creams and soaps calle Alchemist Glow that you can order at the end of your appointment. These products are specially formulated to help heal your tattoo and maintain its color and vibrancy. They're made from organic and natural ingredients that are gentle on your skin, and we'll be happy to provide you with any information you need about how to use them.
Waiting lists.

Here at our tattoo studio, we have a system called a waiting list for appointments with our popular tattoo artists. Due to the high demand for our talented artists, sometimes they get fully booked. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we offer our clients the option to be placed on a waiting list. Our waiting list operates on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. When a slot opens up, we reach out to the next person on the list to schedule their appointment. The waiting time can vary, and it is dependent on the artist's availability and the number of clients on the list. This system allows us to manage our bookings efficiently, and ensures that all our clients have a fair chance to secure an appointment with their desired tattoo artist. Please note, while being on the waiting list does not guarantee an immediate appointment, it does mean you're in line for the next available slot. It's our commitment to ensure that everyone gets their turn to experience the art of our talented team.
